During the Fifty-fifth Session of the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights, the International Commission of Jurists will hold a briefing on Tuesday 5 August 2003. Further details are attached.
The invited speakers are Prof. Emmanuel DECAUX, Sub-Commission expert and Federico ANDREU, International Commission of Jurists (ICJ).
The venue will be held in Room XXIII in the Palais des Nations between 13.00-15.00.
Sandwiches and Refreshments will be served and translation in English, French and Spanish will be provided.
