The Court of Catania addressed the case of the ASGI association following the identification of over 100 unaccompanied foreign minors detained in the Contrada Cifali hotspot for up to three months. The Civil Court declared the conduct of the Ministry to be illegitimate and clearly detrimental to the right to personal freedom of the unaccompanied foreign minors.
