The ICJ welcomed today the release of the report by the Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza conflict presented to the Human Rights Council.
The report comprehensively assesses the major violations of international law and incidents allegedly including war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the war in Gaza by Israel, and to some extent also by the Palestinian armed groups.
