The ICJ expresses is horrorred at the inhuman terrorist attack in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania, and expresses its heartfelt sympathy for all the tragic victims and their families and to the American people.
The International Commission of Jurists condemns and opposes all acts of terrorism. These acts of terrorism constitute a vicious violation and subversion of a world order on peace, justice, fundamental human rights and the Rule of Law.
The Commission urges all governments, all non-governmental organizations and all peoples dedicated to peace, human rights and the Rule of Law to stand in resolute and commited condemnation of all forms of terrorism.
